A-26C-55-DT SN: 44-35941 flown by Capt. Claude Batty, Jr was shot down 2 Dec 1950. Captain Batty's plane was called "The Big Black Noop Gnat". Noop Gnat II was named in honor of Cpt. Batty who was MIA. Unfortuantely, Noop Gnat II was also lost 1 Jan 1951 while attached to the 13th Bomb Squadron, 3rd Bomb Wing. They may not have as many pieces, but more pieces do not make a kit better nor more accurate, only more difficult to complete.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15071595226602297598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6526572295670324822.post-87917460250083747442015-12-16T15:54:10.183-06:002015-12-16T15:54:10.183-06:00I've been away far too long. More parts that often don't fit, and with details that are incorrect does not make a new kit better !Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15071595226602297598noreply@blogger.com
